Decoration Types

Screen Printing

Screen printing is the go-to decoration method for custom t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other custom clothing products.

The cost of screen printed apparel varies by quantity and the number of colours in your design.

Custom Embroidery

With custom embroidery, your design is sewed onto your chosen garment. We use world-standard isacord polyester thread to embroider hats, custom hoodies, jackets and more.

The cost of embroidery varies based on the size of the artwork. The larger and more detailed the logo, the higher the stitch count will be, but you are not charged per colour for embroidery.

Tackle Twill

To customize clothing using twill, the twill material is cut, then sewn onto the garment using a custom embroidery machine.

For that collegiate look, you can choose from a variety of twill colours and solid or zigzag stitching. Some logos will need to be simplified to achieve the best results with twill.

Dye Sublimation

Dye sublimation is most commonly used for our custom jerseys and masks.

Your design is transferred to the material before the fabric is cut and the clothing is made. The cost is not affected by number of colours. This means there is no limit to the number of colours used or number of artwork locations. Your entire garment is custom designed.

Digital Print / DTG

Digital print or direct to garment (DTG) printing is great for smaller quantity orders or artwork with a lot of colour.

Custom Knit Socks

Our custom socks are knit from scratch using coloured thread.

Available in small, medium, large, and x-large, our socks only have a minimum order size of 15 per size.
